Client Qualification Policy
Last updated: 27 August 2026
1. Purpose
This policy establishes qualification, exclusion, and documentation requirements for prospective client review before engagement.
2. Website ownership
studio.disenyorita.com and disenyorita.com are owned by Disenyorita Studio.
3. Scope
This policy applies to:
- prospect selection;
- inbound prospect review;
- outreach preparation;
- meeting qualification;
- proposal preparation;
- paid diagnostic offers;
- implementation services;
- recurring service recommendations;
- referral or proof-client references.
4. Qualification requirement
A prospective client must be assessed before any meeting handoff, proposal, paid engagement, or recurring-service recommendation. The assessment must be based on verifiable evidence, documented prospect behavior, public business information, or direct communication.
5. Required assessment categories
Each prospective client may be reviewed for:
- business legitimacy;
- decision-maker authority;
- budget and ability-to-pay indicators;
- service need and offer fit;
- scope clarity;
- expectation reasonableness;
- communication conduct;
- brand and reputation compatibility;
- conflict with existing providers;
- delivery and access risk;
- legal, ethical, and platform-compliance risk;
- recurring-service potential, where applicable.
6. Evidence standard
Qualification records may identify information as verified evidence, stated by the prospect, public-source evidence, inferred from limited evidence, unknown, or requiring clarification. Unverified information must not be used in client-facing statements.
7. Exclusion criteria
A prospective client may be declined or held for owner review if any of the following are present:
- request for guaranteed rankings, bookings, revenue, lead volume, conversion outcomes, or third-party behavior;
- request for false reviews, false testimonials, misleading claims, deceptive marketing, unauthorized use of third-party assets, or competitor interference;
- request for medical, legal, financial, or regulated claims that cannot be substantiated;
- request involving unlawful activity or violation of platform terms;
- abusive, threatening, discriminatory, harassing, or coercive conduct;
- refusal to accept written scope, payment terms, or project boundaries;
- request for private information about Disenyorita Studio clients or third parties;
- reputational incompatibility with Disenyorita Studio’s public standards;
- inability to identify a responsible decision maker;
- requirement for unauthorized access, secret handling, or unsupported privileged system work.
8. Conditional review criteria
A prospective client may require additional review if there is:
- an unclear business model;
- unclear decision-maker authority;
- insufficient budget evidence for the proposed service;
- vague or expanding scope;
- multiple stakeholders with no named final approver;
- a current provider relationship that could create conflict or reputational risk;
- request for extensive unpaid strategy before any paid diagnostic or engagement;
- repeated urgency without corresponding scope, access, or payment readiness;
- low likely service value relative to expected delivery effort;
- poor fit for recurring service despite interest in a meeting.
9. Meeting and proposal standards
A lead may be marked meeting-ready only when the proposed offer is relevant to documented evidence, the expected meeting purpose is specific, required boundaries are documented, and the meeting is likely to be commercially useful for Disenyorita Studio.
Before proposing paid work, the service objective, included deliverables, excluded deliverables, required access or materials, responsible decision maker, payment requirement, timeline assumptions, and conditions requiring revised scope must be clear.
10. Outcome-promise restrictions
Disenyorita Studio may promise defined work, defined deliverables, and defined communication process. Disenyorita Studio does not promise search ranking outcomes, booking outcomes, revenue outcomes, lead-volume outcomes, conversion-rate outcomes, platform approval, third-party behavior, or the same results as any prior project.
11. Proof-client use restrictions
Approved proof-client references may be used only when relevant and accurate. Proof-client references must not disclose private client information, imply guaranteed comparable results, disclose confidential performance data, imply endorsement beyond approved statements, or be used where the reference is unrelated to the prospect’s situation.
12. Existing provider relationships
Sales communication must not attack, embarrass, or attempt to displace a visible existing provider. Where an existing provider is present, communication must be limited to the prospect’s current business objective, public client-path observations, or a defined diagnostic offer.
13. Communication standard
Client-facing communication must be factual, respectful, specific, and limited to verifiable public evidence or approved service descriptions. Client-facing communication must not include insults, pressure language, exaggerated claims, unsupported defects, internal qualification language, confidential process details, or statements implying failure, negligence, or incompetence.
14. Paid diagnostic preference
If a prospect may be commercially valuable but has unresolved scope, access, expectation, or delivery risk, the recommended first engagement may be a paid diagnostic, assessment, or limited-scope review rather than implementation.
15. Owner review and override
Disenyorita Studio ownership may approve, decline, or override a qualification hold. Any override should identify the issue reviewed, the reason for proceeding, required boundaries, and the permitted next action.
16. Recurring-service standard
A recurring-service recommendation requires evidence of recurring need, such as ongoing booking or inquiry path maintenance, repeated content or visibility needs, multiple service lines, active offers, packages, events, team operations, reporting value, monitoring value, or operational complexity that justifies continued support.
17. Qualification priority
Disenyorita Studio prioritizes qualified, respectful, commercially appropriate clients over volume of leads, meetings, or sends.
