I’m Geoffroy, Disenyorita’s IT Director and Website Manager. I take care of website and technical delivery, from the plan through to the details that need to work.
Erica leads branding and design. Together, we connect how your business looks with how it works—so you’re not left coordinating separate pieces on your own.

Share your business, what isn’t working and what you’d like to make possible. We can start by message and arrange a call when it would help.
We define the scope, deliverables and a price based on the expertise your project needs. Payment terms and a realistic timeline are agreed before work starts.
For a website or brand project, we gather your content, photos and ideas. For technical work, we agree on the information and access needed—nothing more.
We share progress, listen to your feedback and refine the work within the agreed scope until you’re happy. We also test the design, functionality and important customer journeys before sign-off.
Once the work is approved, we launch or hand it over with practical guidance. Any ongoing care or next phase is agreed separately, so you stay in control.

Yes. Not every problem needs a new website. A broken form, a domain issue or one repetitive task can be a project in its own right. We’ll look for the smallest useful solution.
We quote for the project, based on the agreed scope and the expertise needed, not by the hour. We agree the price and timing before starting, with any third-party or ongoing costs made clear.
It means we keep working with your feedback until you’re satisfied with the work in our agreed project scope. Refinements within that scope are part of the project, not an hourly add-on. If you want something outside that scope, we agree any extra work and price with you before proceeding.
Yes. Hosting and continued support can be considered as part of your project or separately. We’ll check the fit and agree on what is covered and what it costs—without assuming you need to move an existing website.
